Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from our US warehouse.
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped on the same day after successful payment.
Order processing time does not include shipping time.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping time is approximately 2 business days after shipment.
Actual delivery time may be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping seasons, or carrier factors.
Delivery Area: We offer delivery services within the US and internationally. Delivery times may be slightly longer for some remote areas.
Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, the system will update the tracking status so you can track your delivery progress.
Receiving Instructions: Please ensure that the shipping information you submit is accurate and complete. Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or no one being able to sign for the package may affect your order's delivery.
If you find visibly damaged packaging, we recommend checking the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Returns and Refunds
You can apply for a eligible return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3 business days.

Due to our ongoing inventory clearance sale, some items are in limited quantities. If we are unable to ship due to insufficient stock, we will promptly cancel the order and arrange a full refund. All orders are subject to actual inventory availability.
